Store Policies Sun Keep Online
1. Shipping and Purchase Policy
Purchase Process:
1. All purchases must be made through Sun Keep's official online store.
2. Once payment is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order number.
3. In case of out-of-stock items or pricing errors, Sun Keep will notify the customer to offer replacement options, store credit, or a full refund.
4. Sun Keep reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
Payment Methods:
- We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, and ATH Móvil (if applicable).
- Payments are processed securely; Sun Keep does not store card information.
Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.
- Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.
- Estimated delivery times:
• Puerto Rico: 3 – 5 business days
• United States: 5 – 10 business days
- Times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other external causes.
Shipping Cost:
- Automatically calculated based on weight, size, and destination.
- Standard and express shipping options (if applicable).
- Free shipping subject to current promotions.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If the package arrives damaged or is not received, the customer must notify within 48 hours.
- Sun Keep will manage the claim with the courier and proceed with replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Return and Refund Policy
General Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days after delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
- Returns are not accepted for products on sale, clearance, customized, or installed.
Return Process:
1. Request a return by sending an email to Sunkeeppr@gmail.com with the order number, name, and reason.
2. Attach photographic evidence if applicable.
3. The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the error is Sun Keep's.
4. Once the product is received, it will be inspected to validate its condition.
5. Options after approval: refund, store credit, or replacement.
Refunds:
- Processed to the same payment method.
- Estimated time: 5 to 10 business days after receiving the product in good condition.
Products with Warranty:
- Some products include a warranty for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, impacts, modifications, or undue exposure.
